Name: Lava Release: Cannon (Yoton: Taihoo)
Description: The user opens his palms parallel to the other palm, and suddenly, a ball of lava forms in between their palms. When the ball of lava is formed, the user then fires it with one hand, and it darts towards the opponent, causing heavy damage if the target is hit directly.

Name: Lava Release: Shuriken (Yoton: Shuriken)
Description: The user molds their lava chakra into a Shuriken, or a numerous amount of Shuriken. They then throw these Shuriken shortly afterwards, and if done in a short amount of time, the Shuriken can explode into bits of lava upon impact, damaging the flesh it hits. Depending on the Lava chakra gathered, this Shuriken can become rather large, and cause even more damage.
Perquisite(s): The user must use this technique in enough time, so that the Lava doesn't cool off, and harden. It must be used immediately after its creation, then, it can explode upon impact.
Limitations: --
User(s): The average Kogeru Clansman can use this technique, it's nothing too impressive among the Clan - though if used properly and in enough time, it can be quite a powerful technique.

Name: Lava Release: Weapon Crafting (Yoton: Buki Soozoo)
Description: Using decent chakra control, the user releases Lava in the form of a weapon. This lava is unique for it circulates with the amount of lava the user is channeling. Upon impact it can be very destructive, to the point of melting depending on the shape and size. Only one weapon can be crafted at once, since it requires quite a lot of chakra control, however, a master of the technique can use up to 4-5 weapons. Since these weapons are lava-infused chakra they can extend, and move flexibly - however, the more flexible these weapons become the more concentration they need.
Perquisite(s): Decent chakra control.
Limitations: The user can use other jutsu with only one or two Lava weapons, but, if they use 3-5 weapons, they must focus most of their attention to them, and are very limited to the other Jutsu they can use. One to two lava weapons last for up to 10 posts, but, 3-5 lava weapons can only last up to five posts.
User(s): The average Kogeru Clansman can use this technique, however, only a few skilled masters can use 3-5 weapons at once.

Name: Spitting Dragon Technique (Haku Ryuu no Jutsu)
Description: The user places their index finger, and middle finger in front of their mouth, and spray their opponent(s) with a stream of lava, causing destruction to their surroundings, as well as their targets.

Name: Lava Clone
Description: The user spits out Lava chakra, and the Lava chakra takes the form of its caster, therefore becoming identical in chakra signature. The Lava clones are capable of free movement, speech, and casting their sources Jutsu - they don't have as much chakra as their source, but, enough to be destructive. Upon impact they will melt thus devouring anything within 5-10ft of them, so, they are very dangerous.
Perquisite(s): --
Limitations: The user can only summon 1-4 Clones, and if they're masters they can summon up to 12 clones. Each Clone lasts 8 posts after being created.
User(s): Only skilled members of the Kogeru Clan are capable of using this technique.

Name: Magma Armor (Maguma Yoroi)
Description: The user releases hardening-Lava chakra throughout their whole body, it then hardens around the users body, and limbs, granting them with a powerful defense, that can be incorporated to a mighty offense. This hardened-lava aids a Ninja greatly, and doesn't restrict the movements of the user as much depending on their experience with the technique. The Armor not only protects them, but, makes them pretty strong. It doesn't restrict the user from using other Jutsu, though, the amount of chakra needed can be costly. It is capable of protecting from most C-B rank Ninjutsu, as well as a couple A-rank jutsu, though, after taking enough damage it will break.

Limitations: This Armor takes one post to meld around the user, and it lasts up to eight posts. It also limits the movements of the user depending on their level of experience with the technique. Finally, the amount of chakra added to this jutsu can make it stronger but also makes it more costly.
User(s): Only Masters of the Kogeru Clan are capable of perfecting this technique, and it is a most valuable one in the heat of battle.

Name: Infinite Lava Drills (Mugen Doriru no Yoogan)
Description: Upon using the proper hand seals, the user is able to release his lava chakra from beneath the ground - however, in order to release it from beneath the ground, their feet must be touching the ground, or just barely touching the ground. Suddenly, 2-8 large, whirling drills of lava come down at the target(s), and cause quite a lot of destruction. This technique can easily kill someone, or cause severe injury. The heat of these drills is capable of melting flesh.
Perquisite(s): The user's feet must be touching the ground.
Limitations: After using it once, this technique requires a 2 post cooldown.
User(s): Skilled members of the Kogeru Clan are capable of using this technique, it takes quite some time to master properly.

Name: Lava Release: Devastation (Yoton: Hookai)
Description: The user slams both of their palms against the ground, and at the same time exert a mass of lava chakra behind them. This lava chakra then devours the terrain, and melts all in its path. This is a very devastating attack, and it can melt 30.4m (100 feet) of its surroundings, causing quite a large amount of destruction. Depending on the caster, the Lava that smothered the surface can either melt its surroundings, or harden over its surroundings - so it's a useful catching technique, at a large scale. In order to harden the Lava, the user must smack his palms against the surface of the Lava.

Limitations: This technique can be used once every three posts.
User(s): Masters of Lava Release are capable of using this technique, and are highly honored among their fellow Clansmen.

Distinct Features Most of the members of the Kogeru Clan are known for having large hands, and a mighty touch. Few are born with lava-red colored hair, and they usually have larger, stern noses, and an intense glare in their eyes. Some members of this Clan are born with orange eyes that burn like a flame. The members of the Kogeru Clan often let their hair grow out, and males usually dress their longer hair in a wacky pony tail.
Traditions: Once every month, all Clansmen must return to Mt. Kokku, a large volcano where their Clan was founded, in order to honor their founder's shrine, which is located at the bottom-center of the Volcano's exterior. Here they are blessed by Mt. Kokku. Few remain at Mt. Kokku to preform a ritual which literally tears the power of the Lava from its home, and infuses it with the Kogeru Clansman - they are said to become more powerful, and their Lava techniques a lot more powerful. This hyper-effect is constant as long as the ones who preform the ritual are nearby Mt. Kokku - the few Clansmen capable of controlling this intense power often spar with one another, and use it to their training advantage; however, the Lava they absorb is not to be taken lightly, very few celebrate Mt. Kokku in this way, for there have been cases where the Lava overloads, and devours ones chakra.
History: The Clan was founded by a man named Ooki Kogeru. He was a man (who with time) mastered both Earth, and Fire nature. Ooki always trained by Mount Kokku, and it would become his admiration. He wanted to be strong like the earth, but passionate like fire, and he needed a fighting style to fit that ideology. With even more time, he managed to combine both natures into one release, becoming the founder of Lava release jutsu. At the time, Iwagakure hadn't existed, and Ooki made his own Settlement, that would become the future Kogeru Settlement. In his final years he had met a young woman, and together they started their own family. His secrets were passed on in a series of scrolls given to his young wife. As the years went by, Ooki's children, and their children... And the majority of their children all were born with Lava release, a combination of both Earth, and Fire release. They became prominent during the First Great Shinobi War, and continued onward. Eventually, the Clansmen settled in with Iwagakure, and served the Tsuchikage most honorably. There have been two Tsuchikage from the Kogeru Clan so far, and perhaps more will be in the future. The Clan is very proud, and mighty - and have quite a reputation in Iwagakure.
