Kumogakure Kumogakure (雲隠れの里, Kumogakure no Sato; Literally meaning "Village Hidden in the Clouds") is the Hidden Village of the Land of Lightning. As one of the five Great Ninja Villages, Kumogakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Raikage. There have been six Raikage. Use of lightning release techniques and swords seem to be common of ninja from this village. The village is located in a range of tall mountains, and is literally hidden in the clouds. Valley of Clouds and Lightning Located somewhere within the Land of Lightning's many mountain ranges is a valley called the Valley of Clouds and Lightning (雲雷峡, Unraikyō). It's a water-filled valley covered in clouds or fog. Within this valley is a dark cavern where Killer Bee, who was the jinchūriki of the Eight-Tailed Giant Ox, used to train. The valley has been greatly devastated ever since Killer Bee launched a Menacing Ball at the area during his fight against the old Team, Taka.	0	0
Land of Lightning Island In the Land of Lightning, there is an unnamed, remote island that serves as a training ground for Kumogakure ninja. It is considered to be the equivalent of Konoha's Forest of Death. Despite being once described by the Great Toad Sage as a paradise, it is anything but, with signs of death and battle everywhere and large, ferocious animals populating the island. The Falls of Truth can also be found on the island. The island is protected by a giant squid, which attacks anything that approaches, and a high-level barrier technique.	0	0
