She does smile when around people she enjoys being with and she also gets happy when helping people. On the reverse though, people that are self-absorbed or selfish create a great deal of strife within Roze, maybe it's through some underlying thoughts from her previous persona, but these people are a nuisance to her, and being in contact with these people bring out a more vicious side of her personality.

Likes: Roze can always be found in a high enough place when the moon is shining. She loves to cook and can usually be found with a love novel somewhere on her person. She enjoys being in water, and in the mountains. It just has a calming feel to her.

Biography & RP-Sample

Biography: Hikari was born in the Rice Village. She was raised much like a princess being the sole female born of the main line of the family. During her years of early childhood her mother would take her out at nights to lay in an apple orchard watching the moon sit in the sky like a glorious translucent eye. Around the age of 7 Hikari enrolled in the Ninja Academy. The schooling came naturally to Hikari, near too easily as she breezed through school. 4 years later she graduated at the rank of Genin, and began training with her squad. Her team, connected easily almost as another family, and made it through C-Rank and B-Rank missions with ease. 2 years later after all the missions and fun they had, they were sent to the Chuunin exams, where they were truly tested as a team. To them, it was just another mission to complete and store in the book, and so it was, as all three squad mates advanced to Chuunin level at the end of the final exercise. Eventually however the team broke apart, each going their own way. Juuketsu was offered a position in the ANBU Black ops on his 15th birthday, and he took the position, right away leaving Hikari and Rem. Rem however, found his own way out of the village as he was chosen to be the Lightning’s ambassador to the leaf, after making regular trips to Konoha he eventually found a lover and moved their permanently, to raise a family. Hikari, not one to be left behind by her friends, took her own path rising from the rank of Chuunin to Jonin, completing A-rank and S-rank missions, and eventually continuing to raise her own squad. It wasn’t until her 19th birthday that things had changed. On what was supposed to be a simple B-Rank mission with her team, had escalated rapidly into an S-Rank mission. Her main priority was to get her team out of there alive. Ordering their tactical retreat she covered them for as long as she could, before she was eventually overrun and taken prisoner.

After being thrown into the hideout of the men who had defeated her she had time to think about her life and it’s choices. She had to spend a few nights in captivity, playing the beaten down ninja, tortured for information and beaten to the men’s content. But after the 6th night she finally, figured out the guard’s patterns. At exactly 7:17:42 the guard would get up from his post and walk in front of her door, to switch out with the guard coming to the next shift. As he walked past, she reached through her cell’s bars and grabbed at his waist, where the keys were. She fumbled on purpose, to alert him to her presence. He reached down to grab her hand, but was stopped as her other hand grabbed his forearm and pulled it through the bars. Applying pressure to her hold, she snapped the bone clean in two as she pulled on the arm through the bars. Grabbing the keys to the cell she opened it up, and relieved him of his ninja tools. She threw him into the cell and then used a transformation technique to leave the holding cell area. After relieving her post to the guard in wait, She used the approximated 4 minutes and 32 seconds to escape through the front door. After this daring escape she made it back to her village, to recant the tale to the current Raikage. 5 years later she was approached by 3 elders in her village. The current Raikage was stepping down as leader, to live out the last few years of his life in peace, and Hikari’s repertoire was of the highest, the village had seen relating to commitment to the village and in prowess as a Kunoichi. She accepted the position, after much deliberation with her old squad mates. She was initiated in front of the entire village, as the Shichidaime Raikage, but the joyous attitudes of the villagers was short lived, as they had to return to the previous “War” State of mind. A War, Hikari was planning on ending as soon as she possibly could.
After 2 years of leading her village, she married the Otokage. A marriage, that was a bit of a shock to her. He had confessed his love to her seemingly out of the blue, and yet she couldn’t deny the fact that she shared those feelings with him. They got hitched and became one of the craziest couples in the village. They would always fight, and rage against each other but it was seen that the love they held for each other was so deep, that no amount of fighting could ever tear them apart. The love they shared went so deep, as to conceive a child together. A beautiful wondrous child, who held the both of their personalities in the highest regard. Hikari and Djay trained the child to be a warrior, and yet a sensible woman at the same time, something that Hikari unfortunately never got to see. Around Cailina’s 12th birthday, Hikari was called away from her village to the rice village, where her family was under attack. Her and Hotaru moved as swiftly as they could, to the battles frontlines. They fought off wave after wave of aggressors, but eventually they were overrun. Hotaru did all she could to protect her sister. She knocked her out, and brought her back to the Home of her family. The ninja remaining in the home than began using a Secret Kekkei Genkai on Hikari, which they used to seal off part of her mind , they used this jutsu to protect the secrets that she held, involving her family, her village and her own jutsu. Unfortunately they activated a part of the kekkei genkai that had not been used for years, by sealing off her mind they actually sealed and reversed her bodies physical growth, causing her to revert to a 12 year old version of herself. Still unconscious, Hotaru used a transformation jutsu to take on the form of her own 18 year old self. She used that form to sneak Hikari out of the village. Upon reaching the outskirts of the village, they were ambushed by a group of rival ninja. Leaving Hikari, behind she went to fight the attackers off. An elderly duo leaving the village recognized both Hotaru and Hikari, and picked the latter up and placed her in the cart. They managed to escape the village and make it to Kirigakure, where they immediately took Hikari to the doctor, and alerted the ninja there to the attack on the Rice.

Hikari awoke in a doctor’s office in Kirigakure. She had no recollection of who she was, nor how she got there… but she was around good people. A family going by the name of Mayonaka took her in, and diagnosed her with some sort of memory loss. The family thought it better to just treat her as one of their own, instead of put her through the shock of reliving the memories she was obviously repressing.

She fit into the role of ‘Roze’ easily, becoming proficient in medical ninjutsu, as if she was already a jutsu expert. Learning the trade, she became one of the head nurse in the family, and becoming well known around the village. Hotaru made it through the battle, with only a few casualties and made it back to the lightning, unfortunately she never found Hikari again afterwards, always regretting that it was she that essentially “killed” the Raikage. She had told Djay what happened in the matter, and he took the mantle as Raikage, and raised his daughter alone without Hikari’s influence.

RP-Sample: Hikari rounded the corner and saw the carnage. Bodies were strewn across the floor and a large burning hole was set in the wall nearest the mass of bodies. 3 Shinobi were standing on the edge of the forest battling the last standing Chunin. Hikari dashed towards the Shinobi holding Loka above her head. She addressed the last 3 Chunin as she jumped in the air. "You three Stay the hell out of my way!" The blade shined in the pale moonlight as Hikari spun throwing it at the nearest Shinobi. The blade crashed through the Shinobi’s head, ending his life.. Dodging the attacks of the other two Hikari, put her hands together, forming hand signs as she fell. She Threw her palms out as a large gust of wind, blew from her person, throwing the two straight into the air. Landing she reached towards her back and withdrew a Fuma Shuriken. She threw it at the one who seemed the most off balance, her assumption was correct as the shuriken ripped through his back, and made a clean cut ripping him in two. Gathering chakra in her left hand, she held it tightly in her right. The Chakra formed and crackled through the air, as the Chidori let it’s presence be known, with it’s accompanying sound. Powering forward, she rushed in a straight line towards the still dazed and falling Shinobi before her. Sticking her arm out, her hand rushed right through the Shinobi’s Chest. His face was adjacent to hers, as she smiled a hungry smile. Don’t ever mess with my Village… again. She focused the chakra in her hand, through her entire arm as the lightning also traveled up his spine and through his entire body, effectively electrifying him. She pulled her hand out, and slashed it through the air, knocking some of the blood off. She turned towards the Chuunin behind her and walked past them, back towards her village. Her arms were crossed in front of her chest. Iwagakure had gone too far this time.

Re-edited, for effectiveness.

1) Hotaru's last name is Inuzuka, which makes you an Inuzuka, which wouldn't make a lot of sense since the Inuzuka are centered in Konohagakure.

2) You have a water technique, a wind technique and a lightning technique. Those are three natures. A Genin should barely know of one nature.

3) You have a Medical Ninjutsu, you'll need to specialize in Medical Ninjutsu if you plan on keeping the technique, and learning more Medical Ninjutsu in the future.

1) You have a water-nature Jutsu, so, that would make you akin to the Water Nature of Chakra. Please make your Nature Water, since it'd only make sense if you had that Jutsu at your disposal.

Also, before I approve of this application... I failed to notice you were 5'9. That's excessively tall for a 12 year old girl. You may want to lower it to 4'9-5'2? I mean, the average 12 year old boy is about 4'11.
