Ever since the fall of the Akatsuki over 150 years ago, the entire Ninja World had risen into a state of peace, honor and loyalty. The birth of these traits came from the philosophy of the Rokudaime Hokage, Uzumaki Naruto – however, after Naruto’s sacrifice to the Ninja World (one most notable) a strange chaos had risen.

Though Ninja were satisfied with the world, Daimyo and their league of Samurai were not. They yearned for modernization, wealth, progress and more notably, power. When the world of Ninja’s icon was lost, their ongoing benevolence was altered as well. Old Kage were forced into retirement, or mysteriously went missing; and new Kage were planted into the Ninja Villages this sudden change occurred only 50 years ago. The younger generation would rule the Ninja world, and the Daimyo’s would maintain their control over their Lands, and strive to further their boundaries.

The result of the Ninja World's weakening, and the rise of the Daimyo and their feudal power had led to the fifth Great Shinobi World War. The 5 great nations attacked one another, Daimyo betrayed other Daimyo, and brought Kage down with them. It was a time full of deception, destruction and chaos. The minor Nations of the world were totally wrecked once more, and the 5 great Nations had spent the majority of their own wealth on military development (which was short-lived) thus leaving the entire Ninja World into a state of turmoil. The war ended once the Daimyo grew tired of excessive spending of their currency, and held a meeting in the Land of Iron. There they decided that the world would fall into a state of neutrality, and par-among-nations. The war itself lasted for six long years.

Nearly a year ago, the fifth Great Shinobi World War had ended, and the cost of the war took a toll on every single major Nation. Each of the 5 Nations now work to bring stability, and progress back to their Ninja villages, and will do all that they can do better the Ninja World’s harsh conditions – their Villages in particular. The Daimyo once greedy, and powerful have also become weak, and the Kage have been granted advisory over Daimyo, and the Administration of the 5 great Nations is shared once more.

Though, in these troubled times, humanity often makes the wrong decisions, which furthers conflicts indirectly. Peace often seems like a simple-resolution, but, what is peace without promises? No alliance can be promised so long as the 5 great Nations must recover from the seemingly-eternal damage, because the cost of peace, is indeed promise...

The future well-being of the Ninja World now depends on a single generation of Shinobi. Can these Ninja step up to the challenge?
