A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: The user can send out strings to pierce through the target. Because the tips of the strings are infused with chakra (the entire string can be infused with chakra if the user is skilled enough to control the movement of the strings) they can penetrate sturdy objects. A skilled user could use their elemental release skills the make the tips more damaging and even effect more area when they hit the target. (Aelia is capable of sending out 5 chakra tipped strings at once from each hand. Because she doesn't have the chakra control to direct the strings, she has to pull back on the strings after every attack, currently making it a 1 post attack.)

Limitations: Can maintain the chakra flow for 4 posts. Has a cooldown of 4 posts. Aelia personally can not manipulate the strings to alter direction at her will with chakra alone. Aelia can only use two shurikens at a time but, they can be either large shurikens or small shurikens.

Name: Whirling Shuriken Defense
Description: By using a shuriken that has been infused with chakra, the user can have a shirken float in front of them and spin rapidly with the intent to discourage taijutsu attacks and attempt to block ninjutsu attacks. The level of chakra that can be placed in the user and the distance the shuriken can be from the user's outstretched palm are dependant on the user's skill.
Limitations: Can maintain it for 2 posts and has a cooldown of 3 posts. Aelia can put almost no chakra into or around the shurikens and the shuriken can only be extended about a centimeter from her palm currently.

Biography & RP-Sample

Biography: Aelia was born to a reletively rich family. Her mother and father both being successful ninjas that earned a decent wage. Being the last to become a student in a family with members that were users of different areas, much of her knowledge is second-hand and when she gets older, her mother has promised her to teach some of her most powerful genjutsu. In the academy, she portrayed herself as a weak girl, gaining the sympathy from her Sensei and allowing her to be fairly leniant in her Academy training. This allowed her to spend much of her time training her own jutsu and allowed her to easily pass the academy with only average skills. She became friends with Kyoichi, appreciating his general kindness and his intelligence and figured he would be a useful friend in the long run. She has no goal currently and is mostly doing things by the moment, not putting much thought about what will happen in the future.

Kalli entered the arena where her final test would take place. As she left the dark corridor and stepped out into the sunlight, she shielded her eyes and waited for them to adjust. Once her eyes had adjusted, she looked at her opponent and was a little intimidated by what she saw. He was a big man, more of a viking or a berserker than a ninja, but if he was here, that meant he was probably at least a decent fighter. She figured he was probably about 7ft tall and probably at least 350lbs. His face didn’t seem to be particularly thoughtful or intelligent in any way. His entire stance was very relaxed and he didn’t seem to view Kalli as a threat. A gong rang overhead and Kalli pushed her sword out slightly out of the sheathe with her thumb. The giant lumbered towards her and swung his fists wildly, seeming like he was simply swinging at the air rather than at her. Kalli jumped completely over the man and turned back to face the giant. She wouldn’t attack until she knew his method of attack. So far, he seemed to be nothing more than a mindless brute with strength as the only thing going for him. The giant man turned around with a cynical smile across his face. He held one of his hands to his face and fired a high pressured stream of water at her. So he’s decided to show his hand I see.She drew out her blade and “cut” the water in half and caused the water to branch off and go in a diagonal direction, barely missing her. She immediately re-sheathed her sword after she blocked the attack. She had a little experience in utilizing her chakra in her weapon and figured that if she was going to win against his water jutsu, she would have to use some rather unpredictable techniques. While she stood there planning, the giant came at her again, swinging his fists with much more precision and speed. She jumped up high, in the same direction the giant was moving and began moving her chakra into her blade. Right when she could feel her chakra starting to spill back into her from the blade, she drew her blade, while still in the air, and swung. As she swung, a wave of fire flew out from her blade and shot forward at the giant. The man barely had enough time to counter with a water jutsu and the tow stood looking at each other. Neither one willing to make the first move… As the two stood, staring at each other, Kalli slowly re-sheathed her weapon. It felt like an eternity before the man made the first move. He charged at Kalli and swung his fists at her like a madmen. Kalli simply smirked and brought her hands together. “Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu!” Two clones of Kalli appeared and all three built up chakra in their sheathed swords. All three dodged the giant’s relentless assault until the sheathes exploded from the weapon from all the chakra being forced into the blade. At the same time, all three swung their blades at the warrior and a massive explosion of fire consumed the giant. Once the explosion ended, Kalli was seen standing in front of the presumably dead giant. The clones had been destroyed in the blast and Kalli was barely standing. She was announced the winner and she later found out that she had been approved as a Chuunin. She was a little disappointed to find out later that the man had survived her attack but, that only meant that she would have to work on becoming more powerful.

I don't see anything wrong it. The limitations are fine for a genin too.
But one thing took me eye is that she dislikes genjutsu wielders whilst she is one xD

Approved, unless said otherwise.

1) You'll need to Specialize in Genjutsu now if you plan on having the abilities you have right now as a Genin-leveled Ninja.

2) In the Mirror Image Strike technique you mentioned an illusion throwing a smoke bomb? This was in reference to the illusion, right? It's not as if the illusionary clones can throw physically real, and affecting smoke bombs?

3) Also, for your Puppy Dog Eyes Charm technique know that Genjutsu aren't permanently affective - and the only ones that are really long-term are the most powerful. I say this because you've mentioned that 'the target continues believing the illusion in most cases'.

#1 was fixed. #2, yes the smoke bombs are also illusionary. #3 was fixed.

Alright, there is one thing I missed. Your character is 10 years old... The average Genin is 12 years old, and it's the most suitable age for graduating the Ninja Academy. However, I will allow you to be 10, but you'll have to remove 3 of the Jutsu you currently have at your disposal.
