Kekke Genkai/Hiden:The Byakugan (白眼; "Evil Eye" or "All Seeing White Eye"; Literally meaning "White Eye") is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga clan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. It is assumed that all members of the Hyūga clan possess the Byakugan. It is one of the three great dōjutsu, along with the Sharingan and the Rinnegan.

It is reserved only for the Main branch of the Hyūga clan, though capable Branch members are able to reverse-engineer it. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through sixty-four chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.Each set of strikes is done at an exponentially increasing pace and strength. The attack not only disables the enemy but also knocks them back with every set of strikes.

Biography & RP-SampleBiography: Seaas was born under a cloudless night. The air cold and crisp the moon was dark and empty of light. Breaths held on every cloudy heave. She was born just after midnight December 17. Her parents were next of kin to the Main house leader. Unfortunately they died protecting the village when she was young. She was then adopted by the caring leader. After all she was family reguardless of status. She grew up learning under the tutilage of the main house shinobi. Her Byakugan capabilities greatly improved and were at least at genin level by the time she started at the academy. When she was 6 she became a genin. Though she had the oppertunity to advance early on to being a chunin she felt that it was to early for anyone to become a Chunin at her age. After a few years of simple missions around Konoha she was put into the Chunin exams. As she made her way easily through the first two rounds the final fights seemed to be a well needed challenge. Although she easily mopped the floor in her round by shutting off the chakra in the opponents arms. As a Chunin she was paired with two other Hyuga members they were known in Konoha as the white death.They remained a team into jounin level. On the day of her promotion to being Jounin commander of Konohagakure. The members of her team were assassinated by unknown Konoha Anbu. Some say it was reminence of a feud by to factions of the Hyuga clan. Since then she has grown emencely in character. Although she now begins to resent her town...
RP-Sample: Seaas sat under a tree in the court yard of the her adopted father's house. She was reading a book created and passed down from generation to generation. It specifically placed the tenketsu points of the body. The nodes that control the chakra pathway. She was looking at the how to better control someones body flow. Thus after a few hours of reading she approached a wooden practice dummy. She began practicing slowly different combonations of points. One for disableing arms or legs. Then on to more devistating attacks like stopping the heart or respritory system. As the vital organs are wrapped within the chakra network. While she was doing this Her father came out and saw her. "Remember Seaas death is not the means of victory it is Life."
