He also wears a spiked choker and spiked armbands, and has a dragon tattoo on his left arm. Name: Doro Kaibutsu [Mud Monsters!]
Description: Yoshiko claps his hands together and then slams them on the ground, turning a large area of the ground into a mud pit. Out of the mud pit will begin to "crawl" out large 12 foot tall monsters made of muck and mud. They are very large and bulky creatures, despite their size they are able to move at a rather quick pace. The monsters are capable of attacking by swinging their large arms at their target, they are able to lengthen these arms to hit targets from no more than 5 meters away, hitting with enough power to break through the trunks of trees. They are also able to absorb people into their body to suffocate them to death. It is possible to escape from inside of it by destroying it, however it will just regenerate in a short amount of time. The only way to fully destroy these beings is to destroy the mud pit that the crawl out of. To do this it takes several attacks, using a suiton jutsu against it would be rather useless as it will just create more mud. The best choice to use is a Raiton jutsu. 5 monsters are created every 3 posts for 12 posts, but each monster created falls apart after 3 posts, then 5 more come to replace the five old ones.
Limitations: Has a five post cool down.

Name: Ryouiki no Bakuhatsuteki Kaijin [Field of Explosive Ash]
Description: This is basically a stronger version of Haisekishou - Burning Ash Accumulation (Which is a canon jutsu btw). The same principles apply, but this jutsu is meant to be used for larger areas. Yoshiko will make the necessary arrangements and begin to spew out a large amount of burning ash from his mouth at a rather quick pace. The ash particles will begin to spread out and cover a large area in a small amount of time. If any living creatures are in this area they will begin to choke due to inhaling the explosive ash. Like it's predecessor Haisekishou, once Yoshiko clicks his teeth the large cloud of ash will ignite and then explode, crushing everything within it and creating a massive blast blast radius. Downside to this jutsu is that if there are any of his allies within the cloud they will be caught in the explosion too. Also it puts lots of strain on him after using it so he has to take a rest period after using it (Limit once per thread) making it a technique best used when he has allies to protect him. It HAS to be used from afar, for if he were too close to the cloud he would also be caught in the fiery explosion. Trying to blow the ash away with a fuuton jutsu will only cause the ash to explode prematurely (Because Katon > Fuuton).
Limitations: Once per thread. Rest period of two posts after usage due to fatigue.

Biography & RP-Sample

Biography: Yoshiko's history is a bit shaky. It had it's good moments and it's bad like any other persons, but his bad moments were rather... extreme. His parents were married, however it wasn't happily as it was an arranged marriage. There were constant fights between his parents and usually he and his older brother were caught in between. His mother was seeing another man behind his father's back and when he figured this out, she made him promise not to tell... Or she would rip out his tongue so he can be forever mute. Being only 6 at this time... He was scared and kept this information to himself. One night when he was sleeping.. He heard a noise and then a scream. Yoshiko went to go check out what it was.. And witnessed his mother killing his father because she wanted to live with her lover and the only way that could happen was if his father was dead. After witnessing his mother plunge a knife into his father's heart over and over and over and over... He THEN witnessed his mother's lover turning against her... Raping her and then killing her. Yoshiko was too scared to move and so he just hid there... One could say.. this is when he broke.

After that incident... Yoshiko and his older brother began to live with their aunt and uncle. Both their aunt and uncle being shinobi.. They saw that Yoshiko and his brother had talents and began to teach them, eventually sending them both to the academy. At the academy, Yoshiko was quite... A fast learner.. But he made little friends... And the ones he did make eventually just left him in the end. There were two.. however.. Who stuck by him. A girl by the name of Rina Zarukoichi and a boy by the name of Garovo Somoroku. They all managed to just.. Click.. Together.. Becoming great friends in the end. At first Yoshiko was a bit withdrawn.. The events that he had witnessed earlier in his life still replayed over and over again in his mind.. Sometimes he found himself crying for little reasons.. Because he had nobody to open up to, nobody to tell the things he had witnessed. Rina and Garovo changed that for him though.. As they got to know more about each other, things started coming out. Confessions were made. Secrets were told. And finally.. He told them. And it was as if a huge weight had been lifted off his shoulders. From that day on.. He cried no more. In fact, he made a goal to get stronger for the ones he cares about. So he can protect them when the time comes.

His brother was already two ranks ahead of him after he got promoted to genin. He was sent on a mission with a few other jounin, but never returned. And after a few weeks.. The village gave up the search for him.. This made Yoshiko angry and sad.. His friends helped him through the sadness.. But they could do nothing about the anger that he had held inside. It grew and grew.. And he began to hate the village itself.. But not once did he say how he felt. Time passed.. He was put into a team of three. Himself, Garovo, and Rina. Their sensei was rather nice.. But he would push them rather far when it came to training.. Telling them to reach for the impossible and you would see that it can become possible.. It just takes hard work and DETERMINATION! He tried his best. He worked his hardest. And he trained every moment he could until he passed out from exhaustion. The time the chuunin exams came.. They all passed.

Now a chuunin.. They had more responsibilities.. Yoshiko acted as mostly an academy teacher, but he went on missions too. He kept on training hard... he wanted to fulfill that goal he made long ago.. However.. His brother was still missing.. And the village still did nothing to find him. His hate still grew. Time passed. And at 16 he made it to jounin.

At the age of 20 it was time to pick a new Tsuchikage for the village. Yoshiko was a candidate and although he wasn't interested at first he thought of the things he could do with the village to make it a better place, so the things that happened to him as a kid wouldn't happen to anyone. He also thought he could use the power to send out a team to search for his missing brother. When time came, he accepted to take the role of the new Tsuchikage, he now runs the village with no problems so far.

Tired... That was the only word that came to his mind. Yoshiko Amemao was sitting behind a desk in his office doing paperwork. He did this every day and it was starting to become an annoyance. The fact that he was just getting accustomed to all of this work was also a hindrance. He sighed and yawned sleepily. Being a kage was great and all.. He got a whole bunch of respect and all that, but what was all of that if he HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!!!? All he did was sit around behind a desk all day, assigning missions, looking over paperwork, signing things. Things were getting repetitive and he was starting to get bored. He turned and looked out the window, his transparent reflection staring back at him. He rested his cheek on his hand, his head tilted to the right. He could see the entire village from here.. It was abuzz with activity as usual. He smirked, his reflection smirking back at him. "Time to sneak out.." he thought. Yoshiko opened the window and looked around.. No guards nearby... Good. He could sneak put undetected. He looked off into the village and smiled, "Time to go see how everything is going." Yoshiko jumped down... Descending into the streets. He landed hard, but the fall didn't phase him at all. He went to go explore.

1) Fire Release: Exploding Ash Wave Technique needs a cooldown in post-count since it is pretty powerful.

2) Each of your Mud Monsters need a duration, for how long can these 5 mud monsters per 3 posts be out and active for?

3) For your Ninja Tools:

- You should have no more then 15 Kunai in total.

- You should have no more then 20 Senbon.

- You should have no more then 15 exploding tags.

- You only need about 2-3 soldier pills.

- And you only need about 2-3 Plasma Pills (assuming you meant Blood Increasing Pills)

I don't see why a Kage would need so many Ninja Tools to begin with.

When these changes are made I'll take a second look at your application.

I made the mud jutsu as sort of a replacement process, so five come out to replace the five that were destroyed every 3 posts.. To prevent overcrowding and whatnot.
