| Prior to the revamp, quite a lot of advertising, and plotting had been going on... In order to prevent this, it will now be an official rule that all members MUST advertise in the advertisement section located in the Outside-of-Character Category of this Forum. Other NARUTO forums CANNOT be advertised on this Site, unless given special permission from an Administrator, and an Administrator only.
If any member is caught advertising another NARUTO Forum without permission, they will be immediately punished - possibly to the extent of banishment for a set period of time depending on the circumstances, or scenario in general.
