How do I learn more Jutsu?

This question will grow to be a common one, and in this Forum RPG, there are a couple particular ways to learn more Jutsu.

1) Another Member who is a Rank higher then you, someone older, or someone with simply more experienced then your character, can teach you themselves how to use a Jutsu that falls under your Chakra Nature(s) in a single thread, or a few, depending on the level of the technique. However, they must know the Jutsu already, and when you're done learning it, you must inform an Administrator so that he/she can add it to the Additional Jutsu section of your Character Application.

2) If given permission by an Administrator (and only by an Administrator) then you may create your own Jutsu, in Jutsu Creation. However, do not ask to create your own Jutsu often, because you will more then likely be rejected if your Character aims to pick up on more Jutsu rather quickly.

3) Some available Missions may reward you with an additional Jutsu, but, this will be discussed among Staff only, and we'll keep you informed upon completion of a Mission if we think that the Mission was difficult enough for such a rewarding opportunity to learn/make more Jutsu.

These are three notable ways to learn/gain more Jutsu for your Character.
