| Summoning Information
Pact: individual summoning
Nature: Water/Earth
Chief: Shinkū
Members
Shinkū: The large Land Shark summoned by this jutsu. In overall length Shinkū measures to about eighty seven feet from nose to tail and weighs several tons. His size and mass however are quite tricky, for although on the surface he is slow and almost unable to move the way things are after he has burrowed underneath is a completely different matter. Under the sand or other forms of earth Shinkū is able to obtain speeds unimaginable to most people. With the amount of ground he is able to cover it would be nothing for him to cross the entire way from kumo to the edge of the desert in a matter of hours rather than the days it takes a ninja. He is old and therefore sometimes not able to be worked with, this is again due to the fact that he is a senile old shark that often makes random comments about things that could have happened centuries ago. Being the last of his kind Shinkū only wants to leave behind a legacy for his race that shall make them remembered as powerful beast of prey.
Techniques
User: Shinkū Nature: Earth Type: Offensive Class: A Name: Quake Description: By diving under the earth and hitting the weaker points that can be detected by the land sharks sonar a massive earthquake, the quake can last for up to three rounds. Drawbacks: Because of how the land is shifted, this ability is only able to be used once in an area.
User: Shinkū Nature: Water Type: Defensive Class: A Name: Sink Description: Similar to quake in a way, sink involves the diving under land but this time the methods are changed. By releasing a large burst of water under a area or either sand or soft earth a permenant sink hole is able to be created. Drawbacks: Because of how the land is shifted, this ability is only able to be used once in an area.
User: Shinkū Nature: Earth Type: Offensive Class: A Name: Earth Release: Pillar Trap Description: Shooting breath into the land allows the manipluation of earth into a large cage that can be fixed around anything. This cage is as strong as the shark currently is health wise but can be shattered it struck on all four corners at once. Without being defeated by damage the cage is able to stay manifested for five rounds Drawbacks: If the shark is weak, then the cage is weak, so the strength of the walls can be reduced by attacking the source.
User: Shinkū Nature: Earth/Water Type: Ofensive/Defensive Class: S Name: Great Tsumani Description: Controlling the near by earth, a gigantic wave is created from the ground and raises up to a maximum height of fifty feet. This technique can be used more effectively on harder forms of earth other than stone by releasing a large amount of water and then performing it. The main way to use this technique is by first using the above tech, "Quake", this would break up the ground and cause other effects like the jaggedness of the broken stones to pierce someone on it. That said, this ability can also simply be used by the water method which is in theory a large wave of slurry or mud. Drawbacks: After Use a cool down of five post is needed to use it again.
User: Shinkū Nature: Earth Type: Supplementary Class: B Name: Sonar Description: This allows the Shark to gain a clear picture of what is happening in the ground as well as what is on the surface. Drawbacks: Anything in the air is unable to be detected.

| 1) Sand Release is its own Kekkei Genkai in this Forum. The Sabaku Clan uses Sand Release, therefore, since it is not a Summoning of their Clan, this Shark shouldn't be able to manipulate Sand itself.
2) This earthquakes seems way too overpowered if you are able to use it three times. I can only accept it if you lower it to an A-rank technique, unworthy of being an S-rank technique (which means it won't totally alter the terrain). If you keep it S-rank you should only be able to use the Earthquake technique once, but it will have quite a damaging effect to the terrain itself.

| For your Great Tsunami technique, you've still mentioned Sand Manipulation, you cannot control Sand unless you're a member of the Sabaku Clan, therefore this Summoning cannot either, since anything involving Sand Release would be related to the Sabaku Clan.
Please finish editing, and I'll take a third look at this app.

| 1) Earth Release: Earth Pillar Trap needs a duration, for how long does the cage last for, without taking damage?
2) Is this Great Tsunami technique used with mud? Because, I doubt the solid earth itself can take the shape of a wave, and work like a wave, like it would for sand, mud or water.
Make sure to correct these two, and I'll take another look at this application.
