While using this technique, the users reflexes are comparable to that of the Fourth Hokage, making it difficult, if not impossible, even for the Sharingan to keep up with the user. The strength is also heightened enough to make his strikes cause enormous amounts of damage to whatever they strike. The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as even a direct Chidori was barely able to pierce the chest.

Description: This technique creates a physical replication of the user made from lightning. It acts like a normal clone with a physical form and has the full physical and jutsu ability of the user, though it is still quite limited in chakra amount. When it is hit, the clone will burst into lightning, effectively shocking anyone who was within two feet of it and dealing light damage to anyone who was touching it. It doesn't require many hand seals to be executed. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has. The Lightning Clone can perform a few C rank or below lightning jutsu the user has, but in doing so it loses it's shocking damage.
Limitations: up to 6 clones

(kage levels are not affected by the paralysis)

This is a similar technique to version of the Reverse Lotus, but more destructive.

Description: This ability can only be used after one masters the lightning release armor. The user will than sacrifice minimal chakra in order to turn the lightning release armor into black and red lightning. Doing this increases all the qualities of the lightning release armor 3 fold. The armor release will also release a current of black electricity outward 10 meters away from the user, this can even paralyze kage level shinobi for a short period of time. (max one post). For any shinobi lower, it can range from minutes to even hours. (anything lower than kage level are paralyzed for the whole thread.)though, since this power is such a strain on the body, one the jutsu is over, the user will experience great physical pain and will have to be healed for a time span of a week.l (5 days)

Name: Body flicker
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.

The Body Flicker Technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand.

as Djay was working on paper work sitting in his chair behind his desk, he began to think of what he had done in the past. he remembered that as a child he thought himself as he God of Taijutsu, but later he learned that there were no Gods, only man. Even the powerful Rennigan users were only mortal. he sighed, People who believed they were a god though, were less than human. Humans were the highest rank to him, but people and their greed for power were much lower in standards. Again, he sighed. he believed himself equal to his people, one of them even to an extent, though he had heard rumors that there were still Ninja out there wanting war and destruction, and he sought out to make sure that didn't happen. he smiled as he looked through the paper and found a note. he held a very questionable look as he read. he was still happy and feeling extremely poetic after his thoughts when he read, "Dear Djay, clean the bathroom and vacuum the kitchen. its dirty. if you dont clean it, it only proves how worthless you can be at times. Love you so much, Hikari.". he stopped reading it as he groaned and slammed his head into the table. what a drag.

4) You'll need to limit how many clones your character can make up to (1-15) and for how long they last upon being out. Also, your lightning clones are probably B-rank, not A-rank.

5) Raging Thrust can only be used to its fullest when the Lightning Release Armor is active, correct?

6) For your 6th Jutsu, it requires the Lightning Release Armor to be used to its fullest, correct?

7) Guillotine Drop can only be used at its fullest with Lightning Release Armor active, correct?

8.) For your Kagou Kirin, you'll need to lower the duration to about 4 posts since it is very, very powerful.

9) You'll need a duration for each of the eight gates release.

10) For your Specialization you cannot Specialize in Taijutsu and Ninjutsu... However, you can Specialize in Nintaijutsu - which are jutsu that use Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to create a technique of its own.
